Job
Responsabilities:
Development, implementation and maintenance of the Company's HSE Management System.
Production of HSE Management System documents and data.
Administrative functions associated with HSE Management System documentation and data.
Develop HSE training and coaching programme to aid implementation and compliance of the HSE MS.
Lead the planning, initiation and where appropriate, the performance of internal audits.
Administer the production of data, such as statistical analysis, etc., required to demonstrate performance of the HSE Management System .e.g. Incident Reports, Quarterly Statistics etc.
Apply necessary controls for monitoring and ensuring corrective/preventive actions have been taken within agreed time scales and to verify their effectiveness.
Filing and maintenance of HSE Management Systems Records produced or held by the HSE Department.
Administer and maintain computer systems for the management of HSE Management System e.g. Action Tracking Database, STOP Database, HSE Training Database etc.
